Changing your mind about an online order

For most online purchases, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. You then have a further 14 days to return them. You do not need to give a reason.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. A deduction may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to check them.

Refunds

For an eligible cancellation, we refund the goods and standard outward delivery charge. Any extra paid for premium delivery is not refundable. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us with the order number, details and photographs where helpful. Your legal rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are separate from change-of-mind cancellation rights.

Email info@ministryofhardware.co.uk or WhatsApp 07377 720005 for return instructions and postage arrangements. Contacting us does not remove or extend your cancellation deadlines. Some statutory exceptions apply, including certain personalised goods and qualifying hygiene-sealed items once unsealed. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
